We used Anna to sell my in-laws home this summer. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the transaction! Her communication was incredible and her knowledge & advice were so helpful. She made an emotional time in our lives much easier. She is the only agent we would ever use!

Anna has been our real estate agent when buying a home twice now (once in 2018, and again in 2025) and she has been great to work with. She is very knowledgeable, knows the NE Ohio market, and is just great to work with all around. We had to see several homes with our 2 year old in tow, and she made it easy and made us feel comfortable seeing so many houses with a toddler, she even played with him and kept him busy at different times so we could take closer looks at rooms. I felt like she fought for us in negotiations, and had our back 100%. Both times we bought a house we were pretty picky with what we were looking for, and Anna made sure to find out exactly what we wanted and was patient with us while we took our time shopping. We will soon be selling the house we bought in 2018 and she will be our selling agent for that house as well. Can't recommend Pathway and Anna enough!

Anna is the ultimate professional. She is very knowledgable of the market and a marketing genius. Switched to her from a realtor I didn't think was getting the word out on our house and within 4 hours we had thousands of views on various social media platforms. Incredibly open and honest with her assessment of your property. It might be hard to listen to but she is right. We had differing opinions on what our house should be listed it at, but she is ultimately right in her asssesment and our house sold in the range she told us from the start.
